Mr. Tseng currently serves as General Manager of Enterprise Commercial (EC). He is responsible for overall strategy and business operations for EC in GCR. In this leadership role, Mr. Tseng’s primary focus is to ensure that enterprise customers and their partners fully realize the business values from their relationship with Microsoft.
With many years of management experience in multinational companies, Mr. Tseng has developed professional cross-function managerial skills and comprehensive understanding of the nature of global business. His experiences in developing business growth strategy, streamlining organization structure and processes, and improving major customer satisfaction position him very well to take the new challenges at Microsoft.
Mr. Tseng has worked at Microsoft China for 6 years, originally serving as Vice President and General Manager of Microsoft Services, during which, the performance of the enterprise service increased significantly. Mr. Tseng joined Microsoft from Motorola as Vice President of Global Services, Asia Pacific. Before Motorola, Mr. Tseng also had several executive level positions in multinational companies including Managing Director for PCCW China, General Manager of IBM Global Services Greater China, VP of Oracle Consulting Services Asia Pacific, among others.
Mr. Tseng is an American Chinese who was born in Taiwan and moved to the US when he was 17 years old. Mr. Tseng holds a MBA degree from Anderson School of Management at UCLA, a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the State of University of New York at Stony Brook.
